Shipping policy

  • Order Processing: We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding holidays, sales, and pre-orders.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
  • Sales: Orders made during an active sale will be shipped in 3-5 business days.
  • Domestic Shipping: Due to regulation, we do not sell or ship to any customers in Texas.
  • International Shipping: NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
  • Refunds: All orders are eligible for a full refund before shipment.
